Yes, more than likely if you are in need our team will be able to fit you into the schedule even if we are a bit busy on that day. We make sure to keep some slots aside for urgent cases. We also offer afterhours consults if you are in dire need, at an extra fee. Contract us via phone or email if you can't find the slot you are looking for online. 

Our fee schedule often changes in attempt to make our services as accessible as we can. We often run promotions to help with breaking the barrier to starting care, so please call reception or email us if you require further information.

Yes we are an ACC registered provider, meaning that we not only accept ACC claims that were initiated by another provider, we can also start your claiming process on site. Therefore, there is no need for a referral before consulting with one of our chiropractors. 

• However, if you hope to claim ACC for our acupuncture services you will need an active claim number from one of our chiropractors or another provider. 

No referral is needed. 

During your initial consultation you will meet with your practitioner to discuss a pre-filled form about your medical history and any current concerns you may have. Then depending on which of our providers you are with, the process may differ slightly:

Chiropractic:

1. Your chiropractor will perform a set of neurological chiropractic scans on you to get a baseline of how your brain and body are communicating, and give us an indication of how fast you may respond to care.
2. Then a physical examination will be performed of your full spine and any other relevant areas of your body.
3. If your chiropractor deems it necessary you will be sent out for X-rays to our local X-ray department (external to us). 
4. If your chiropractor deems it safe to do so, they may do some trial adjustments during this consult.
5. If pertinent, any ACC claims will be lodged during this appointment.
6. Your chiropractor will ask you to come back in the same week for your report visit in which they will discuss your scans, physical assessment, x-rays and treatment options going forward. 

Acupuncture:

1. Your acupuncturist, will perform a physical examination of you that includes but is not limited to, pulse reading, observation of your changes in your eyes and tongue, a posture analysis and pressure point analysis. 
2. Based on this initial examination your acupuncturist will start on their initial treatment.
3. After this appointment your acupuncturist will want to see you again within the first week to understand how your body responded to their initial treatment, and help to create a treatment plan for you going forward. 

Chiropractic:
Our top priority is making sure that we are delivering a safe service. Therefore, if we can do that while delivering your first treatment, then yes you will receive treatment during this consultation.  

Acupuncture: 
Yes, you will receive your first treatment during this consultation. 

Chiropractic:
Please put aside 30 minutes for the consultation if you have completed your form prior. Otherwise, come in 15 minutes before your appointment time. 

Acupuncture:
