Pain is a response by our brain as a result of something damaging occurring in the body. But sometimes our brain tells us that there is pain even when something is not being damaged. This is what we call chronic pain. Chronic pain may occur because we have entered a stressful situation that is similar to one where we have felt pain before.
Our job as chiropractors is to help rewire your brain and body into a state of ease, which assists in decreasing chronic pain.
At OFC we offer a range of different types of care to help assist with managing pain based on what you can commit to and want to get out of your care. This ranges from symptom management, rehabilitation care or proactive care (learn more about these in).
